Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated in the beautiful park of Wales, offering a serene location surrounded by nature. The rooms are cozy with lovely views, but the screen could use some refreshing. The service, although initially lacking some final touches, was eventually sorted out and turned out to be excellent. While the price was fair, improvements in the overall service completion could enhance the value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit challenging with temperature control but were nicely equipped with a massive TV for sports fans and a spacious bathroom. The service had some hiccups, but in the end, it was decent. The location was great for exploring the village, and the dining was satisfactory.
I couldn't believe how amazing the location of this hotel is! It's right in the heart of Betws Y Coed, which made exploring the village super easy. The rooms were cozy and had a massive TV perfect for sports lovers, but they were a bit too warm due to the heating. Having a cup of tea or coffee in the room was a nice touch. I wish the mattress was a bit more comfortable, but overall, it was decent.
